Terms of Service

LATENESS​

Out of courtesy for everyone’s time, if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment I can not guarantee that I will be able to perform your scheduled service. We may have to reschedule for a time later that day or the next day, otherwise the cancellation policy will go into effect. 

 

ADJUSTMENTS

​

My goal is to make every client happy when they choose me for a service. If you are not happy with your experience you have 2 weeks to contact me with any concerns. An adjustment service must be scheduled within 30 days from your original appointment. This policy does not honor clients who have changed their mind on a service they asked for.

ALL SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

All same day cancellations, no shows, and appointments canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours before the original appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the service value.

 

 

COLOR CORRECTIONS

​

A consultation and test strand will be mandatory prior to all color corrections. The estimated cost of a color correction may vary depending on the duration of the service. During your appointment I will answer all questions and recommend a personal home maintenance program to help the integrity of your hair. I can not guarantee your hair color without purchasing and using the products recommended for you.The estimate of the color correction services does not include any of the maintenance visits due to fading or changing of color.

Color correction is a process that may require multiple salon visits to correct.
